Returns and refunds

Thank you for choosing our vintage store! If you wish to return a product, please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Right of Return

• You have a 14-day right of return from the date of receiving the product. The returned product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
• The right of return does not apply to discounted products unless the product is faulty.
• For in-store pickups, you can try on the product on-site, and returns are then free of charge.

2. Return Costs

• Returns are not free. The fixed cost for a return is €15, which covers return and handling fees. The shipping fee will not be refunded.

3. Return Instructions

• If you wish to return a product, please contact our customer service by email at heart@walkinclosetvintage.com. We will send you return instructions and a return form, which must be included with the package.
• Pack the returned product carefully and ensure it is unused and in its original condition.

4. Refunds

• Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund within 14 days.
• The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please note that we only refund the price of the product – original shipping costs are not refunded.
• If the returned product is not in its original condition or has been used, we reserve the right to deduct a price reduction from the refunded amount.

5. Unclaimed Packages

• If you do not collect your order from Posti or a parcel locker within the specified time and the package is returned to us, we will charge a €15 handling fee, which covers shipping and processing costs.
• Please ensure you collect your package on time to avoid additional charges!
