Deliveries

We want to make the ordering process as smooth as possible and ensure that your products arrive safely and on time. Here are our delivery terms and options:

1. Delivery Options and Prices

We use Posti and Matkahuolto services for delivering orders. Delivery costs are based on the package size and weight, and are determined as follows:

  • S-package: €7.00
  • M-package: €9.00
  • L-package: €12.00

Additionally, a Small Package (less than 3 cm thick) can be delivered directly to your mailbox for €5.50.

Delivery costs are automatically determined at checkout based on package size.

Alternatively, you can pick up your order from our store, in which case delivery is free. In this case, the order can be picked up for 14 open days. You can choose the most suitable delivery method at checkout.

2. Delivery Time

  • Your order will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of placing your order.
  • Delivery time varies between 2–7 business days, depending on the selected delivery method and your location.

3. Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing the package tracking code. You can track the shipment's progress on Posti's or Matkahuolto's online service.

4. Unclaimed Packages

  • If you do not pick up your package from Posti or a parcel locker within the specified time, it will be returned to us. In this case, we will charge a handling fee of €15, which covers return and handling costs.
  • Please note that an unclaimed package is not the same as a return, and an automatic refund will not be issued for an unclaimed order.

5. Delivery Area

  • We currently only deliver orders within Finland. If you wish to order products abroad, please contact us for more information on delivery options and costs.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

  • We are not responsible for delivery delays or prevented deliveries if they are due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
